Andrew Rogan

A problem-solving enthusiast, Andrew is able to create innovative and valuable solutions to a wide variety of technical problems.

To date Andrew is an inventor on over 140 patent family publications and holds a M.Sci in Chemistry.

Kyle Adair

Kyle’s speciality is fully understanding both the opportunity and the end goal and then creating technical solutions with minimal design compromise.

Kyle has a degree in Mechancial Engineering and has just completed his MBA.

Chris McLornan

With over 20 years’ experience in the tobacco industry within leading organisations, I have been primarily involved in R&D Product Development and taken commercially successful products right through from initial concept to launch. I have also led teams to develop and maintain a wide range of product specifications including Cigarette, RYO, MYO, Pipe, Shisha, Cigar, Cigarillo, Nicotine pouches and Heated tobacco sticks and portions.

Through my industry expertise I have developed an in-depth knowledge of both primary and secondary manufacturing processes and equipment, as well a creative mindset which has been key during the development of modern Reduced Risk Products (RRP).

Additionally I have acquired highly attuned sensory abilities across a wide range of product types, a key skill to bring to any successful product development as either a panel member or expert assessor.

In my spare time, I enjoy being involved in the family farm, gardening and DIY.”
